Terms of Service

By pressing "Continue", uploading images or paying for services, you accept these terms.

1. General Provisions

The Service is an automated tool based on artificial intelligence for processing images for entertainment purposes.

18+. By using the Service, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years).

The Service is not intended for use in jurisdictions where such content is prohibited. Responsibility for compliance with local law lies with the user.

The Service is not affiliated with Telegram. Telegram bears no responsibility for the operation of the Service.

2. Generated Content

All results of the Service are fictional content generated by algorithms (AI-generated). Any resemblance to real anatomical features is coincidental.

The generated content and the materials you upload are your property. Results are intended for personal use. Publishing, distributing or selling generated content is prohibited.

3. User Responsibility

You bear full responsibility for all materials you upload. By uploading a photo, you warrant that:

• you hold the rights to the image or have the consent of the person depicted;
• the person depicted is over 18 years of age;
• the upload and processing do not violate the laws of your country.

Using the Service for harassment, blackmail, extortion or any other unlawful actions is prohibited.

4. Zero Tolerance

Processing materials involving minors will result in a ban.

5. Payment

Payment grants access to the Service's computing resources in the form of credits. Credits have no expiration date.

The service is considered rendered the moment the result is delivered and the credit is charged.

A refund is possible only if the service was not rendered through our fault: credits were not added after payment, or the generation was not produced. To request one, contact support within 24 hours of payment; each case is decided individually. Otherwise all transactions are final.

Before contacting support, do not initiate a payment reversal (chargeback) with your bank or payment provider — going direct resolves it faster.

6. Termination

An account may be terminated for violation of these terms, abuse, actions threatening the operation of the Service, or at the request of a payment provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The operation of the Service depends on third-party platforms, including Telegram, for which we bear no responsibility. Processing results are algorithmic in nature and their accuracy may vary.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

9. Protection of Rights

If you believe your rights have been violated, contact support inside the bot.

10. Changes to the Terms

The terms may be updated. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
